This bar beneath the Hilton Hotel isn’t just an Atlanta gem; as one of only two remaining Trader Vic’s locations in the country, it’s a national treasure, too, especially among tiki purists. The dark, wood-paneled bar is just as awash in pseudo-Polynesian kitsch—think bamboo-woven chairs and dangling puffer fish—as it was in the chain’s midcentury heyday, and the drinks have hardly changed since this location’s opening in 1976.
